What you do with us: You are responsible for the rebuilding and refurbishment processes of our markets from planning to opening in terms of setup and assortment planning. You control all processes before and during the market facility and monitor the temporal processes in coordination with the construction department and the sales department. You advise the market leaders on all the issues surrounding the facility and plan the ranges efficiently and according to requirements. You get offers, take care of the order of the furniture and take the material order in coordination with the departments. You are responsible for budget planning for the planned facility and report it to the responsible project manager in the construction sector for the overall budget planning of the project. You are a representative of the markets, the field service and the service providers.
