Identification of possible disturbance scenarios as well as the implementation and development of business impact analyses Regular review, updating and further development of business continuity and restart strategies and the provision of emergency planning Self-responsible development or development of plans and concepts for emergency and crisis management Planning, implementation, evaluation and follow-up of training scenarios Self-organization and implementation of information events and training in the district administration and the local institutions Support for civil defence officers (alarm calendar officer / alarm calendar officer)

You have a successful degree: A university degree (at least degree [FH] / Bachelor) in the field of health, safety, safety management, safety technology, civil or civil protection, preferably with an additional qualification in the field of crisis and emergency management, and (m/w/d), a firefighting training or a qualification as a specialist (m/w/d) for protection and safety or the willingness to acquire the qualification as a fire protection officer (m/w/d)

Knowledge of relevant BCM standards and regulatory requirements (e.g. ISO 22301 and ISO 27001) Good health safety environment and experience with relevant laws and regulations in the BCM sector, ideally with multiannual professional practice Embossed team and communication skills as well as safe and sovereign appearance High self-responsibility, organizational capacity and analytical thinking Self-employed, reliable and careful work Ability to work together across areas and to create concepts and process descriptions Willingness to design flexible working hours and external services Remarkable: Professional experience in civil or military defence and alarm planning Voluntary commitment to civil and/or civil protection (e.g. volunteer firefighter, THW o.
