Support & Coordination: You enter end-users, coordinate with IT and software providers and ensure smooth processes. System Configuration & Administration: You implement requirements of the Legal Tech Team, manage user rights, licenses and accompany rollouts of new features. KI & Automation: You are analysing workflows, developing new processes and checklists according to requirements from the departments and building them in the administration. Interface Management: You enter technical connections to other internal systems and handle data mapping. Training & documentation: You'll start training materials and carry out internal training.

Graduate in Business Informatics, Business Law or Comparative Qualification First experience in legal technology, digitalization or IT consulting Tech-Affinity and Interest in Process Optimization and Automation Structured working, communication strength and team spirit Very good knowledge of German and English
