These are your tasks Service support: As the first speaker partner: take into account the wishes and requests of our customers and complete them independently or in team work. In addition, you take on a variety of tasks such as cash management, ATM filling, office organization and many other activities in a bank branch. Coordination: You are acquiring by phone customers:inside and take care of appointment arrangements for our private customer advisors. Further training: In addition to the practical instructions provided by your college, you will also complete a six-week crash course for the IHK Sparkassenkauffrau or the Sparkassenkaufmann. Perspective: With appropriate suitability, we encourage you into the role as a private customer advisor:in which you advise our clients about topics such as insurance, real estate financing, securities, loans, etc.

We wish Education: A completed commercial training. Customer orientation: Insufficient experience in customer contact as well as a corresponding communication strength. Service orientation: friendliness, reliability and the self-understanding of bringing our customers to the centre of their own actions. Motivation: A high level of willingness to learn and the interest of completing a six-week training in our Sparkassen Academy in Potsdam. Digital competence: joy in dealing with various media and technical tools. Working time & location: Flexibility within our opening hours and the use in other nearby branches within the branch. Language knowledge: German language skills at native level (C2-level).

You can expect from us An annual salary of 43,200 Euro (TVöD-S, pay group 5) until the end of the cross-entry program. 39 working hours per week, flexible working hours and parttime offers. 32 days holiday, additionally free of work on 24th and 31st December and special holidays for special occasions An onboarding tailored to you, incl.
