Procurement Process & Solution Consultant (m/f/x)

These exciting tasks await you: Advice and expertise: You know the standard purchasing processes of a market-leading cloud solution from Effeff. With your strong consulting skills, you will accompany the introduction of new shopping processes and understand how to connect business, IT and architecture perspectives. Workshops and process design: You design and moderate requirement workshops, perform feasibility analyses and model end-to-end processes. In doing so, you develop innovative solutions that sustainably advance our purchase. Solution development: Based on the requirements of our internal customers, you will create clear functional and technical specifications and thus lay the foundation for a successful implementation. Success control: You evaluate the technical and organizational impact of new solutions and ensure that our solutions are optimally adapted to the needs of our users.

Qualification: You have successfully completed a commercial or technical training (or a comparable study) and have several years of experience with a leading cloud-procurement solution such as Ivalua (preferably), Coupa, Jaggaer or SAP Ariba. Purchasing expertise & method security: You know strategic and/or operational purchasing processes in detail and bring well-founded best practice approaches. Requirements Management, BPMN modelling, use cases and CR processes are part of your professional toolbox. Communication strength: You convince with clear communication and strong presentation skills – whether in exchange with specialist areas, IT, external partners or management. Language competence: You have knowledge of German (at least C1) and very good English skills. Structured mode of operation: You work organized, quality-conscious and do not lose sight of complex projects. Analysis and presentation skills: Thanks to your distinct methodological and analytical skills, you can prepare complex relationships in a comprehensible, precise and targeted way. Digital tools: You're sure to use the common office tools and you're ideally already experiencing modern collaboration tools like Confluence or Jira.
