Identification and evaluation of strategic growth, participation and acquisition opportunities for the Rosenberger Group Analysis and assessment of potential acquisition targets and accompaniment of acquisition and participation projects from initial examination to successful completion Implementation of corporate assessments and creation of financial models, business cases and investment calculations Implementation of market, competition and business analyses as a basis for strategic decisions and investment projects Coordination and support of due diligence processes in cooperation with internal departments and external stakeholders Development and evaluation of strategic options for the further development of the company portfolio, new business areas and international activities Processing of strategic questions in the sense of an in-house consulting as well as conducting cross-departmental projects and strategic initiatives Support for post-Merger integrations, the realization of synergies, and the creation of decision templates and management presentations

Successfully completed studies of business management, economics, economic engineering or a comparable discipline Multiannual professional experience in corporate development, M&A, corporate consultancy, transaction services or investment banking Knowledge of corporate assessment, financial modeling and investment analysis Experience in supporting strategic projects, transactions or transformation projects in the international environment Expressed analytical, conceptual and strategic thinking High level of initiative, communication strength and enforcement Very good knowledge of German and English
