Analysis and elimination of technical disruptions to systems and systems – on site at the customer and by remote access Planning, coordination and execution of service operations including sustainable troubleshooting Telephone technical support for customers and internal contact persons Coordination of technical measures with internal specialist departments in complex cases Replacement part management: Determine demand, order/follow parts, maintain kits and ensure availability Documentation: Create service reports as well as capture measures, causes and spare parts in the systems

Complete technical studies (e.g. Bachelor of Engineering, Mechatronics) or a comparable qualification with corresponding professional experience Additional training of advantage (e.g. standards and regulations as well as quality and safety requirements in the technical environment) Readiness to travel (Europe-wide) Very good knowledge of German in word and writing Good knowledge of English (at least B2), including for reporting to an English-speaking manager and technical support in English
