Sales Manager (m/w/d)

Your tasks: • Active acquisition of customers in your sales area as the main responsibility • Identification and development of new possibilities for customer production • Development and implementation of strategies that support corporate objectives and drive sales growth • Construction and maintenance of customer relationships as well as professional advice and support on site • Creation and cost calculation of offers • Implementation of contract negotiations and price discussions with customers • Close cooperation with teams from different departments to ensure that customer needs are met and their expectations are exceeded

Your qualifications: • A completed commercial training • Basic technical understanding or already acquired experience in safety or construction • Excellent communication skills, determination and negotiation skills • Enthusiasm for the field and joy in this activity • As a team member, you are characterized by commitment and commitment • Your work is characterised by self-employment and aspiration for success • Secure handling of IT systems, especially Microsoft Office • Excellent knowledge of German in word and writing • Existing Class B driving licence
