Coordination of internal and external work to comply with project-specific technical documentation Ensuring the uniformity of technical documentation through the creation and processing of graphics/illustrations according to industry-specific and customer-specific standards, the creation and processing of XML data modules for the Interactive Electronic Technical Documentation (IETD) as well as support in processing and data-technical testing prior to delivery Supporting the editorial system and supporting its handling Organization of department-internal terminology management, graphics processing and maintenance of project databases Self-design and implementation of internal training for the training and training of technical editors with regard to editorial system and ERP-related topics

Completed, technology-oriented vocational training with several years of relevant professional experience Very good knowledge in handling editorial and ERP systems as well as MS Office applications; ideally experience in electronic data processing Required knowledge of the maritime arms industry and the ASD specifications Structured, independent working with a high self-initiative, good communication and enforcement capability as well as ability to work in interdisciplinary teams Very good knowledge of German and English in word and writing
