Senior D365 F&O Finance Consultant (mf/d)

Our Finance Solutions team designs, builds, and maintains the systems that power our global operations. As part of this team, you will contribute to shaping and advancing our Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations migration project, ensuring scalable and future‐proof solutions that support our business. Lead finance-focused requirement workshops and ensure Finance processes are clearly defined, understood, and consistently represented in the D365 FO solution Design, document, and validate scalable and compliant Finance-related configurations within Dynamics 365 F&O Challenge external implementation partners to ensure correct interpretation of business requirements and high-quality functional delivery Configure and implement core Finance modules (GL, AP, AR, Fixed Assets, Cash & Bank, Budgeting) in alignment with global standards Support key project activities including data migration, testing cycles, process validation, training, and user adoption Act as the Finance subject matter expert across end‐to‐end processes, ensuring alignment with group requirements and internal controls Work close with local accounting teams, Finance leadership, IT, and PMO to ensure a consistent and future-proof Finance solution Contribute to documentation, training materials, and knowledge transfer to support sustainable operations post‐go‐live

Strong functional expertise in Dynamics 365 F&O Finance modules, with hands-on implementation experience in D365 F&O or AX Solid understanding of Finance processes (GL, AP/AR, Tax, Cash & Bank) and their configuration within D365 FO Ability to translate Finance Operations and business requirements into clear, scalable system designs Experience guiding or validating the work of external partners to ensure functional quality Strong communication skills, with the ability to collaborate with Finance stakeholders and cross-functional teams Fluency in English & German (nice to have) Experience with SAP (nice to have)
