The CJD Kita Rauschendorf is a place where children can grow, discover and develop their personality with joy. In our family institution we accompany 56 children from one to six years of age with heart, appreciation and a look at the strengths of each child.

Music, creativity, movement and common experience are an integral part of our educational everyday life. As part of a temporary integration measure, you will accompany children with special support needs individually and, together with our team, create an inclusive environment in which each child finds his place. Your New Task

✓ Accompanied and promote children with integration needs in everyday pedagogical life individually and resource-oriented. ✓ Design educational, play and learning opportunities that support the development of all children. ✓ Observe and document development processes and derive appropriate support measures. ✓ Work confidently with parents, therapists and other cooperation partners. ✓ Bring your ideas into the inclusive design of the group everyday. ✓ Promote the musical, creative and motor development of children. ✓ Work with you in a dedicated and valuable way in the educational team.

Your profile

✓ Completed training as a state-recognized educator (w/m/d) or a comparable educational qualification. ✓ Joy in individual promotion and inclusive support of children. ✓ Sensitivity, patience and an appreciation of the strengths of each child. ✓ A sense of responsibility and an independent and reliable way of working. ✓ Team spirit and open, trusting cooperation with families and colleagues. ✓ Interest in musical, creative or movement-oriented offers. ✓ Identification with the values of CJD. ✓ The membership of a Christian church, which belongs to the working group of Christian Churches (ACK) in Germany, is desirable.
