As a Lead People Experience, you are a currently four-headed team that continues to grow, and are jointly responsible for supporting our logistics locations in Neuenburg and Krefeld. As part of the international People Experience leadership team, you actively shape the strategic and operational development of our area. Together with your team, you will ensure a professional, efficient and value-awareness of our employees and executives. Together with your team, you will accompany employees and managers at our logistics locations in Neuenburg and Krefeld You make sure that our managers are professionally advised, cared and further developed according to our values. Together with your team, you are responsible for a smooth and high-quality operational HR operation at our logistics locations You accompany the construction of our second site in Neuchâtel and support managers in matters of human and organization You work closely with executives of all levels, understand their needs and develop suitable solutions You prioritize topics with vision and create the right framework conditions for your team to work successfully You continuously develop your employees and live our values as well as our agile mindset

You have at least two to three years of leadership experience and have ideally managed a team of seven to ten employees HR is not a black box for you. You have well-founded expertise and know yourself well in German labour law You also meet well-founded decisions in a dynamic environment, set clear priorities and can represent them convincingly The collaboration with different stakeholders and executives of all levels is easy for you and gives you pleasure You are mostly on site at our warehouse site in Neuenburg and appreciates the direct exchange with your team and the executives.
