NEO TEMP GmbH provides motivated production staff (m/w/d) for a modern production site in leather pants (Thüringen). Our customer, is an internationally oriented technology and production company and manufactures high-quality piezoceramic components for demanding high-tech markets.

♪ Your future field of activity:

• Operation, setup and monitoring of machines and manufacturing plants
• Ensuring a smooth production process according to requirements
• Implementation of quality-oriented tests and visual checks
• Cooperation in optimizing production and process processes
• documentation of work steps and compliance with production and safety

Your profile for machine and plant operators (m/w/d) production staff in the 3-shift system:

• First experience in production or machine and plant operation, ideally in the industrial environment
• Ready to work in the 3-shift system
• Teamability, reliability and careful operation
• Technical understanding and readiness to learn and use
• Class B driving licence and own vehicle for the safe achievement of the workplace
• Good knowledge of German in word and writing
