Restaurant Manager (m/f/d)

You have full operational and strategic overall responsibility for the operating restaurant, including budget, cost and earnings management. The leadership, development and structured organization of the entire team of kitchen, service and team management is in your hands. Conceptually, you will develop the gastronomic offer and make your own menu, additional offers and event formats. The expansion of the operating model as well as the professionalization of events and special events are structured and economical. Through targeted measures, you increase the capacity of the site, visibility and economic performance.

You have multi-year leadership experience as a restaurant manager or in a comparable operational management function in gastronomy. You will be able to draw your knowledge of budget management, key figures management and economic result responsibility. Experience in the further development of gastronomic concepts as well as in the development of professional service and quality standards will bring you with you.
