IT-Consultant in Wiesbaden (m/f/d)

You run and manage enterprise-wide IT large-scale projects (end to end) as well as accompanying IT measures in close cooperation with internal departments. Through your analysis of professional requirements, stakeholders will advise you on the selection and evaluation of suitable IT solutions from the Sparkassen Finanzgruppe and the Markt. As part of the project coordination, you take over the control of external ICT service providers and ensure that the implementation takes place on time and in the specified budget. You support the specialist areas in the design and development of individual IT special solutions with high business impact, for example in the field of artificial intelligence and robotics. In your central coordination and control function, you network internal IT consultants, project participants and order managers without taking on disciplinary leadership tasks. Through targeted coordination, you will ensure effective cooperation between departments, IT and strategic external partners. You establish project management standards, methods and governance structures and develop them further.

You have a degree in economic informatics, computer science or a comparable qualification. Multiannual experience in the IT project, ideally in the management of complex, cross-departmental projects, preferably in the banking or financial sector. Your experience in the selection, evaluation and introduction of IT solutions (e.g. make-or-buy decisions) can be introduced competently in this function. You are convinced by your strong communication and consulting skills and your safe appearance against specialist areas and management. You will be happy to introduce your technical know-how in the development and configuration of IT special solutions, especially in the field of AI, robotics for customer-specific interfaces. Knowledge of common project management methods (classic, agile or hybrid) as well as experience in cooperation with external IT service providers and in the multi-vendor environment complete your profile.
