Professional and disciplinary leadership of a dedicated payroll team Ensuring correct and timely payroll in several countries of Northern Europe Control and further development of cooperation with external payroll service providers Support and optimization of time management and HR systems in close coordination with HR Operations and IT Continuous process improvement in terms of efficiency, accuracy and employee experience Participation in international HR projects and interface work with global teams

Multiannual experience in payroll, ideally in an international or retail environment Knowledge found in German tax and social security law First leadership experience desirable and joy in motivating and developing people routine in dealing with modern payroll systems (e.g. ADP, Personio or SuccessFactor) Self-employed, structured working and a Hands-on-Mindset Communication strength in German and fluent in English
