Your future tasks with us:

• They act as a lottery and primary contact person for our nursing and nursing assistant trainees

• They accompany and guide our trainees throughout their training period

• They prepare the trainees for their exams and supervise the training process both in terms of theoretical and practical content

• They exchange with cooperating schools and maintain cooperation

• Professional body-related care measures and treatment care

• Implementation of digital care documentation and planning

• Advising residents and their relatives on matters of care

• You have completed training in nursing: as a caregiver, nursing staff, health caregiver or nurse caregiver (m/w/d)

• you have completed a further training on the practical manager
