Your tasks:

• Head of a day care center with a team of currently 19 educational professionals as well as the management, technical guidance and advice of employees. The line is open for 39 hours per week
• Implementation of the educational mission under the Law on the Early Education and Promotion of Children in NRW in cooperation with parents
• Education and care of currently 89 children based on the open and movement-oriented approach in a group form T1 (35), a group form T3 (35), two group forms T3 (45) and a group form T2 (45).

• Cooperation with the institution, the district management and other departments of the Youth Office, cooperation with other social services, institutions, primary schools and training centres

The recruitment is effected indefinitely in the remuneration group S 8b on the terms of the collective agreement for the public service (TVöD). The tasks of the activity are evaluated by EG S 15 TVöD. Since the use on the concrete site is limited until 31.07.2026, no grouping is possible due to the only temporary perception of higher-quality activities, but depending on the personal requirements, if necessary the granting of an allowance according to § 14 TVöD.
