Total responsibility for the strategic and operational management of the personnel area with the focus on staff support including salary accounting, recruiting, personnel development and retention management Further development and implementation of a future-oriented personnel strategy for the production and integration of skilled workers Ensuring a right- and tariff-compliant personnel administration including Payments Leading in the digital transformation of the personnel area: digitization of HR processes and optimization of existing processes Close cooperation with the Hospital Directorate, the executives of all areas and the Works Council

Complete university studies in the field of human resources management, economics or social sciences or comparable degree Multiannual leadership experience in a comparable function, ideally in an acute clinic or in healthcare Deep knowledge of labour and collective bargaining (TVöD), personnel development and in the context of modern HR processes Experience in the introduction of digital HR systems and process and change management Embossed strategic thinking and implementation strength Communication strength, team orientation and high social competence
