Take over the project management for our EFOY Cloud interim. Conduct the Data Engineering Team and the Embedded Software Team in a disciplined manner and develop both teams. Coordinate and tax themes related to software development. Make technical decisions, moderate and communicate these clearly to all parties. Promote and channel across teams. Translate and explain technical topics for adjacent departments. Take part of the third level product support for our EFOY. Analyze EFOY Cloud data. Coordinate R&D with IT operations (e.g. server park, migrations, firewalls). Support our portals: Grafana EFOY evaluation, MiniFAT, EFOY Board associations, Dev Wiki, Azure DevOps and Canlogger. Examine the account control and release for the EFOY Cloud operation and for Freelancer.

Graduate or Master's degree in the STEM field (ideally computer science or electrical engineering). At least 3 years of practical experience in leading international teams. Funded knowledge in IoT, IT security, C++, Python, Java, UX design, DevOps, Frontend and Backend development. German and English knowledge (at least C1). In-depth know-how to understandably break down complex technical issues. Practical experience with agile development methods (e.g. Scrum) and project management. Communication strength, multitasking capability, resilience, high frustration tolerance and self-motivation. Embossed capacity for conflict resolution, moderation strength and experience in professional mentoring.
