Role Summary As a strategic HR Business Partner, you are responsible for the global HR assignment of our Enabling Functions and advise their global leadership teams in all strategic personnel and organizational issues. You shape transformation, organizational development and talent agenda in close cooperation with the HR Leadership Team and the Centers of Expertise. Advising global function lines and their leadership teams on strategy, organisation, leadership and culture Sparring partner for top management in complex topics such as organization design, operating model, change and transformation programs, performance & leadership effectiveness Strategic workforce and succession planning (Workforce Planning, Talent & Succession, Critical Roles) incl. deriving concrete measures and controlling the implementation Accompanying business and structural changes (e.g. reorganisations, location/team setups, M&A/PMI-relevant people topics, governance) Control and further development of central HR core processes for the care sector (e.g. Talent Review, Compensation Planning, Performance, Engagement) Coaching and consulting leaders on leadership skills, team effectiveness, conflict/stakeholder management and decision making in the matrix Close cooperation with HR departments (CoEs) and HR Operations to ensure consistent, efficient and business-oriented HR delivery Use of HR data and insights to derive action fields (e.g. fluctuation, skills, commitment, diversity, org health) Your profile Education: Completed studies (e.g. BWL, Psychology, Economics/Social Sciences) or comparable qualification Professional experience: Multiannual experience as Senior HR Business Partner / HR Leader in an international, matrix-organized environment, ideally industry/technology Expertise: Detectable Experience in Global Transformation and Organisational Development Projects (Org Design, Change, Workforce Transformation, Leadership) Very good understanding of business and functional logics of Enabling Functions (e.g. Finance, IT, Legal, Procurement, Strategy, Communications, etc.) Ability to translate strategic requirements into pragmatic, implementable HR solutions and convince stakeholders on VP/C levels
Language knowledge: Very good knowledge of German and English in word and writing Personality: Embossed competence in stakeholder management, negotiation, conflict resolution and sovereign appearance Structured, analytical and result-oriented mode of operation; high conversion strength
