Projektingenieur (m/w/d) Location: Hardheim What main tasks do you expect?

• Ensuring internal and external complaint processing based on common Q tools
• Creation and monitoring of key figures and statistics including introduction of measures to improve the Q system, reduction of the committee and customer complaints
• Support in the creation and monitoring of all quality and process documentation
• Creation and training of work instructions
• Preparation and monitoring of internal / external audits
• Coordination of rework
• Execution of tests and measurements on painted surfaces
• Development of painting frames
• Evaluation of furnace curves
• Creation of test cards for the series process
• Determination of consumption values during patterns
• Documentation of patterns

What qualifications do you bring?

• Completed technical training and further training as a master / technician (m/w/d) or comparable training with relevant professional experience
• Knowledge of the VDA standard and IATF [for phone number see the original ad]
• Good knowledge of painting and plant technology on flatbed and spindle systems
• Knowledge of the application of soft and decorative paints and effect varnishes in the interior of the vehicle
• Secure handling of the usual quality tools
• Good knowledge of current MS Office applications and SAP R/3 are of advantage
• Good English knowledge of word and writing
• Enforcement assets
• Secure appearance and handling of the customer
