For the development and development of our Digital Workplace, we are looking for a leadership personality that, together with its team, shapes modern, user-oriented and sustainable working environments. The focus is on the transformation of existing structures, the introduction of new platforms and the continuous improvement of services around the digital workplace. You take responsibility for the professional and disciplinary leadership of the Digital Workplace group, the continuous further development of employees and the successful management of cross-functional cooperation in the matrix organization. Together with your team, you will continue to shape the modern workplace and actively promote the transformation of tools, services and operating models. You develop target images and roadmaps for workplace topics such as end devices, collaboration platforms, identity management and user experience. The introduction of new solutions and services is planned, controlled and transferred to the organization. Requirements from specialist areas are recorded, prioritized and implemented together with the team. You provide clear service and support structures and develop them in the sense of a modern digital workplace. You promote automation, standardization and self-service approaches in the workplace environment. External partners and service providers are controlled and integrated by you. You drive a user-oriented, service-conscious and modern way of working within your team.

Completed studies of (economic) informatics or comparable qualifications Experience in the digital workplace, end user or collaboration environment leadership experience or willingness to take responsibility for a team Experience in transformation and modernization projects Understanding Modern Workplace Platforms Structured, pragmatic manner Very good German knowledge, English of advantage
