Werkstudent Learning & Development (m/f/d)

You independently support the training administration of our Bird & Bird Academy, e.g. by accounting and maintenance of the Learning Management System. Responsibly create presentations for projects and internal communication. You actively participate in the preparation and execution of presence and online trainings. Exciting research activities on new training topics are part of your task. In addition, you can participate in HR projects in the area of Learning & Development and, if necessary, support international cooperation with our global HR teams.

You are a enrolled student (m/w/d) in a scholarly course, psychology, business management or a comparable course of study. You can ideally present first experiences in the field of human resources development/adult education or HR. You have comprehensive knowledge in MS Office, especially in Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Forms. You are an absolute team player and are characterized by a conscientious and reliable way of working. Very good knowledge of German and English complete your profile.
