As a team leader, you are the hub for your team in operational daily business. You take responsibility for about 10–15 customer advisors and make sure that quality, motivation and performance are right. You're taking a sales performance for your team Through coaching and constructive feedback, you can help everyone develop personal potentials and continuously increase team performance You optimise processes and focus on our customers as well as sales staff In cooperation with Recruiting, you are looking for an optimal setup of your team

You bring a completed training or study from the economic field with You have several years of experience in the distribution of products in need of declaration or from the call center industry In any case, you bring demonstrable leadership experience in sales and are burning to develop your team professionally, distributively and personally. You convince with your targeted appearance and high commitment A structured way of working and a pronounced numerical understanding complete your profile
