Supporting complex sales projects in the field of electric drive systems within the ErgoMove Business Unit Developing customer-specific solutions from analysis to collaborative development of a solution concept to its implementation Creation of product and service offerings and general correspondence in German and English with customers and branches Building long-term customer relationships and developing individual after-sales service strategies Planning and implementation of sales and marketing activities and product training Sales support for our regional sales units in Europe and North America and participation in the development of market strategies and the further development and development of our international sales organization Occupational missions in the course of needs analysis and solution presentation and national trade fair visits

Successfully completed technical or business studies such as economic engineering / (International) business management / BWL trade or comparable qualification Experience in technical sales with focus on solution-oriented consulting and high technical understanding High problem solving competence and care as well as organisational capacity Embossed communication skills, customer orientation and negotiation skills communication-proof English in word and writing, further foreign language of advantage Safe handling of MS Office and ERP systems Travel and valid driving licence of class B
