Procurement of building materials, subcontractors and services taking into account quality standards and budget requirements Identification and selection of potential suppliers and subcontractors Negotiating contract conditions to ensure competitive prices Continuous market observation to identify innovative and environmentally friendly procurement opportunities Care and development of long-term business relationships with our partners Enforceable negotiations to ensure optimal conditions and timely deliveries/performances Creative solution finding for delivery bottlenecks or unexpected challenges Close cooperation with the construction management and other departments to understand and meet the needs of the construction project Analysis of market conditions and identification of cost optimization possibilities Personal contract negotiations at our sites, on construction sites, with our partners or digital Apply the tendering procedure for post-contracting services and develop performance directories for individual companies (ideally RIB iTWO)
