Number: MER0003QA3 In its state-of-the-art driving simulation centre, the research and development department of Mercedes-Benz AG regularly conducts studies with motorists in order to be able to optimally take into account the customer requirements for the development of future vehicle systems. The driving simulation center is responsible for these studies from the first idea, through implementation to refurbishment. As part of your student work, the focus is on support, preparation and implementation of the next customer study on the MB.DRIVE PILOT and MB.DRIVE ASSIST systems. You get exciting insights into the empirical survey of user experience data and the conception of future driver assistance systems. Here we look forward to your commitment: Preparation of customer studies: preparation of questionnaires and other documents, sampling in the simulator and assistance in the adaptation and improvement of driving scenarios Conducting customer studies as a test manager*in: You are the first contact person for the test subjects assigned to you and accompany them before, during and after their virtual journey in the simulator - assisting you in questioning before and after the journey, making the instruction in the vehicle, explaining and configuring technical components and carrying out protocol on the journey You support the driving simulator project team in daily business Optionally you can support: In the neighboring area Probandenmanagement incl. Probandenakquise In scientific literature research In the evaluation of experiments: quantitative and qualitative evaluations with statistical programs in Excel, SPSS/R, preparation and preparation of presentations

The work student activity can start from November 2025.

Course in Psychology, Cognition, Sociology, Human Factors or a comparable course of studies are advantageous

Secure knowledge of German and English in word and writing

Secure handling of MS Office (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint and Word)

Commitment and self-initiative, team capacity, analytical thinking, reliable and strategic working methods, communication skills, contact skills, high technology affinity, time flexibility

You are owned by a passenger ticket and have your own driving experience

Pre-experience as a test manager*in in empirical studies and/or in dealing with customers (e.g. customer service) are advantageous
