Processing and literature research in the field of the treatment of crossband cracks Planning, preparation and implementation of biomechanical test series, testing various repair techniques with regard to their biomechanical stability Comparison of current and new treatment techniques and implants Conducting measurements on modern biomechanical test systems Evaluation and statistical analysis of test results Interpretation and discussion of results taking into account current scientific literature Preparation and presentation of the master thesis

Current master's degree in the field of medical technology, engineering, mechanical engineering or comparable studies Interest for the interface of mechanics, medicine and orthopaedics Self-consistent, structured working and a quick understanding Ideally first experiences with biomechanical testing or experimental research Basic knowledge of MATLAB is desirable Very good English and good German knowledge in word and writing
