They are responsible for the compliance and control of processes and quality in the food logistics sector. They are a contact person for customers and other DACHSER branches. You create and monitor the area-specific key figures and are responsible for their compliance. They work in day-to-day business as well as in close coordination with the envelope camp and overarching specialist departments. They lead their team as a professional and disciplinary supervisor, taking into account economic, qualitative and safety-relevant goals, in coordination with their direct pre-legislators.

You have a completed training as a merchant (m/w/d) for forwarding and logistics services or other qualification. They have relevant professional experience in the field of forwarding, ideally focusing on charter traffic and system disposition. They ideally have first leadership experience. You work independently, your way of thinking is solution-oriented and you always act completely across all areas of the company. Your team will be delighted by your communication strength and social competence. You have team capacity, enforcement capacity and resilience. They have very good English and, at best, French skills.
