Purpose of the body Implementation of the training of trainees of the vocational picture ''Chemielaborant'' incl. the theoretical and practical placement of training contents Support in implementing training marketing measures Main competences Full implementation of the operational part of vocational training in the training profession of the 'Chemielaborant*in'' under the Vocational Training Act (BBiG), taking into account the legal, educational and psychological foundations and requirements Care of trainees Supporting the trainees of all training professions during the implementation of joint activities (e.g. welcome days, training courses, events) Participation in the selection procedure for new trainees and implementation of the recruitment test Planning, organisation, implementation or Participation in training marketing measures Coordination of the “Kinderlabor” in consultation with the VHS Brunsbüttel Laboratory glass equipment order Internal and External Interfaces Intern: entire company/work organisation and other trainers External: IHK, Examination Boards, Vocational School, VHS, Educational Schools, Cooperation Companies

Vocational training / studies Training for the chemical laboratory Continuing Education on the Industry Master* in the Department of Chemistry or Training Professional experience 3 to 5 years of professional experience in the described field of activity Needed personal and professional qualifications Experience in the field of education and training desirable Personally and professionally strengthened, to assume willing responsibility Enforcement combined with empathy and patience Embossed communication capability Model in terms of reliability, working morality and SASOL values Good English knowledge of word and writing
