Your tasks

• Planning and confirmation of customer orders taking into account desired dates, material availability and existing production capacities
• Central interface between customers and internal departments
• Responsibility for the timely and quality-oriented order processing and monitoring of projects during the product start-up and run-out phase
• Optimization of processes and system settings
• independent customer support in the context of functional and visual acceptance, as well as their overall coordination

Your profile

• Complete technical vocational training or similar qualification
• Professional experience in the supply chain environment, as well as industry-specific knowledge
• Secure handling of SAP and MS Office applications
• High enforcement and fact-based decision-making
• Good communication skills in German and English
