You experience the practice of this versatile profession close to the skin. To do this, you will learn to support and advise our customers in a professional manner. You can expect applications in the most diverse areas of AOK, for example in customer consulting, corporate customer support, public relations and health promotion. In order to link theory and practice directly to one another, we train you regularly in our AOK-based educational center in Sarstedt and in locations in your region.

At the start of the training you have a real school degree or the (special) degree already in your pocket and proves good analytical and conclusive thinking in our online test. With new tasks, you can show commitment and take responsibility. You are open-minded, like to communicate and enjoy working in the team.

After training, you will receive a secure career perspective through an indefinite employment contract with an important employer in the healthcare sector with around 7,200 employees. In addition to an above-average training allowance of up to EUR 1,502,00,- in the third year of training, we offer you various social benefits, such as an occupational pension scheme and Christmas and holiday allowance. Your entry level after the training is about 46,000 EUR per year.
