In our Team Facility Management you take responsibility for the care, maintenance and maintenance of our technical facilities. Your area of responsibility is versatile and includes: Monitoring, maintenance and maintenance of power supply systems and other technical facilities Ensuring the operability of emergency power and safety systems Maintenance and regular testing of switching systems, lighting and safety systems Monitoring and maintenance of fire detection and elevator emergency call systems Support in the optimization of technical installations taking into account safety, economics and sustainability They accompany the systems over their entire technical service life and contribute to ensuring smooth and safe operation. Participation in the readiness to call is part of this position.
