We need a strong management team to secure this performance even in times of crisis. As a Business Continuity Manager / Emergency Manager (all genders) you have the responsibility to protect our infrastructure, processes and people from interference. Strategy and governance Head of Group-wide emergency management: You control BCM, crisis prevention and disaster recovery for the entire Tele Columbus Group. Reporting & Compliance: You report directly to the Board of Directors and the Audit Committee and ask for compliance with legal requirements (e.g. TKG § 188). Developing standards: You're planning and developing our BCM methodology (incl. ISO 22301) and running the risk register. Operations and Security Coordinate the crisis team: Seriously, you will guide the emergency coordinator team and the crisis staff. Secure processes: Make sure that business impact analyses (BIA) are up-to-date and critical procedures are identified. Testing and Exercises: You plan emergency training, testing and work with IT, Network and Customer Service in common. Creating awareness: You will sensitize the employees at all levels for security issues.

Qualification: Completed studies in information technology / computer science or comparable or completed vocational training with further training in the relevant field. Experience: Finded professional experience as an emergency officer or in a similar request, ideally in a reputed KRITIS industry (telecommunication is a plus). Knowledge: You control procedures in business continuity management and know relevant laws, regulations and standards (e.g. ISO 22301). Soft Skills: You are strong in communication, analytic and have empathy for dealing with fellow workers at all hierarchical levels. readiness to travel: We expect some mobility within Germany.
