Referent Commercial Development (m/f/d)

As a consultant (m/w/d) Commercial Development, you work directly with the Unit Manager Commercial Development and are an integral part of the team from the outset. You accompany acquisitions and project developments in different commercial asset classes – from projects for public users and office real estate to special properties. Take your own ideas, take responsibility and gain insights into different projects and strategic issues. The position offers you the opportunity to develop yourself professionally and personally and gradually take over your own project responsibility.

Support of Unit Leader in Day Business and Development of Project Approaches and Strategic Topics Participation in acquisitions and project developments – from initial examination to further development Implementation of feasibility, market, location and competitive analyses Coordination and structuring of tender and award procedures, including for public users Support for project managers and step-by-step takeover of own project responsibility Participation in the development and market launch of new products and business areas as well as in the further development of processes and structures within the unit

Successfully completed training as a real estate businesswoman or a completed study, for example in real estate, business management, architecture, economic engineering or a comparable area First professional experience in real estate or project development Enthusiasm for real estate and project development as well as interest in different commercial asset classes and usage concepts Interest in economic, conceptual and strategic issues Safe handling of Microsoft Office 365 Structured, independent and result-oriented working methods Analytical thinking, initiative and the willingness to introduce your own ideas Team-oriented appearance and pronounced communication skills Flexibility, motivation and passion for the project business
