Multiannual experience in the input/DMS environment with Insiders SmartFix/Omnia or comparable OCR/Capture platforms Understanding classification/extraction procedures (regular and model-based), document structures, PDF & E-Mail-Parsing Experience in production-related operations and support processes (ITIL‐Basic, Ticketing, Change/Release Management) Experience in stakeholder management: workshops, backlog care, prioritization and transparent communication on progress and risks Solid understanding of modern procedures in OCR/Classification/Extraction and their monitoring Experience with pragmatic use of AI-based functions in regulated environments (on‐prem/private cloud) Safe in IT project management (classical and agile), test management and production-related operations communication strong, analytical, independent; Joy of cross-functional cooperation
