You lead the Warehouse Administration team at the site and are responsible for the daily operational planning of the administrative specialist. You are responsible for managing and ensuring the administrative warehouse processes under cost, quality and service aspects. You tune the administrative processes with contract logistics customers. You are qualified contact persons for all contract logistics customers, maintain proactive customer support and are responsible for complaint and damage management. You recognize optimization and improvement potentials in the administration and promote their implementation. You create key figures and perform the customer accounting of the warehouse services. You are responsible for the administrative preparation and implementation of inventory. A development is planned for even more responsible tasks through targeted talent management.

You have a degree with a focus on logistics or have a commercial training with professional experience and leadership experience in the warehouse and logistics sector. You are experienced in the design and optimization of administrative processes. You have well-founded expertise in a warehouse management system and different warehouse processes. You master the English language well in word and writing. You can motivate their team and support their development. You have a good organizational talent and are strong. You are flexible and resilient. You are characterized by pronounced communication strength.
