Own-responsible production of the technical documentation for plants (handbooks, operating instructions, training documents, incl. pictures and graphics) according to the machine directive / machine regulation Standardization and optimization of existing documentation with respect to valid laws and standards Analysis of statutory requirements and relevant guidelines in plant engineering Creation and systematic collection of safety-related information Development, maintenance and development of technical documentation with a focus on different target groups Function as contact person:in the specialist areas for questions on documentation Combining and unifying documents from different departments Scheduled coordination with project management and all involved departments Information research and close cooperation with internal and external interfaces and service providers Efficient organization and management of digital documents and archives

A successfully completed, technical study in the field of technical documentation, digital media or a comparable study direction or a successfully completed training (e.g. in technical product design) Work experience found in the production of technical documentation, texts, operating and operating instructions in machine and plant engineering Expert knowledge in the field of CE, machine safety and legal requirements on operating instructions desirable Comprehensive user knowledge with professional documentation software, ideally Adobe FrameMaker and MS Office applications CAD knowledge (e.g. SolidEdge) of great advantage Structured, careful and independent operation A good technical understanding and a safe handling of digital media German and English knowledge in word and writing

salary range: 50,000 € - 65,000 € The specified salary range forms our current framework for this position and is based on market and corporate structures.
