Operation & maintenance Installation, maintenance and maintenance of electrical equipment, machinery and equipment Systematic troubleshooting, troubleshooting and cause analysis Testing of electrical equipment and equipment in accordance with applicable regulations and carrying out measurements, tests and maintenance including Maintenance of technical documentation Support in the commissioning of new machines and plants Working on electric drive systems with DC and AC motors up to a power of 450 kW Work on low voltage, medium voltage and high voltage systems and networks within the framework of the respective qualifications and powers Control & Optimization Support in support and further development of PLC-controlled systems Working with technical experimental and optimization projects Interfaces and cooperation Cooperation with production, mechanics, automation technology and external service providers Participation in readiness to secure our production facilities (on a weekly change with your teammates), which will be paid extra

Qualifications Complete vocational training as an electronics technician for industrial engineering, automation technology or a comparable qualification Experience and competence Found experience in maintenance, inspection and repair of industrial production plants and machines Secure reading and use of current schedules, terminal plans and design drawings Self-employed, structured and reliable functioning as well as teamwork, flexibility and high sense of responsibility Expertise Knowledge of common and relevant VDE regulations and UVV guidelines Basic knowledge of measurement and control technology Experience in troubleshooting and optimization of controls (e.g. Step 7, Siemens TIA Portal) Good knowledge of German in word and writing Advantage Including experience in automation technology Switching permission for medium-voltage systems (1 kV–36 kV) available or willingness to qualify Experience in parameterization and commissioning of electrical drives (frequency converter, engine starters, etc.)
