Managing Director (m/w/d)

This is what you expect:

They work closely on the side of the Executive Board and support the strategic and operational management of the business processes.

They prepare complex questions and create presentations and analyses as a basis for decision-making at board level or for internal and external appointments.

They participate in key topics and projects and bring their own accents.

In consultation with the Executive Board, they are launching new topics and developing them independently.

They structure inquiries to the board and control their processing.

They work closely with executives and employees from all departments. This makes you an important interface between the board and the organization. This gives you deep insights into the processes and relationships of a statutory health insurance company and opens the opportunity to actively shape it.

This will bring you:

You have successfully completed legal, economic or administrative studies and have first professional experience.

Ideally, you are familiar with the tasks and procedures of a statutory health insurance company.

They convince by communication strength as well as the ability to prepare complex content clearly and addressably.

They appreciate their own responsibility as well as the exchange in the team.
