Your focus is on the co-design and further development of processes and projects in the field of talent acquisition. What you do with us: You'll get involved: You can participate in ongoing projects and use your own ideas. You show commitment: You conduct research and analysis independently and prepare the results in targeted presentations and evaluations. You actively support the acquisition, optimization and documentation of our HR processes – with a focus on talent acquisition. You take responsibility: You guide smaller work packages autonomously and advance them structuredly. You get exciting insights into different business areas.
