Senior Manager Quality (m/f/d)

You assume the overall technical responsibility for the further development and control of our integrated management system (IMS). You proactively advise our business units and support them as a Sparring partner in the design, optimization and standardization of processes and documentation. You conduct strategic projects and drive initiatives to further develop and digitize our IMS landscape. You ensure consistent quality standards by working closely with cross-functional teams, international locations and global stakeholders. You are responsible for the holistic implementation of relevant standards (e.g. ISO 9001, 14001, 50001, 45001) and actively shape audits and certifications. You support the development of skills in the company by designing training and learning formats and accompanying them professionally.

Complete university studies and professional experience in quality management or in the field of integrated management systems. Funded expertise in ISO 9001, complemented by good knowledge in ISO 14001, ISO 50001 and ISO 45001, including practical experience in implementation and further development. Strong process understanding as well as the ability to analyze complex relationships and translate them into sustainable improvements. Experience in project management and cooperation in international and cross-functional environments. Impressed communication strength and sovereignty in dealing with stakeholders at all management levels. Independent, structured and solution-oriented mode of operation with high quality standards. Very good knowledge of German and English in word and writing.
