Team Leader Sales Administration (m/f/d)

In the sales management department, you take a central leadership role and are responsible for processes relating to contracting, remuneration, regulatory requirements and the operational support of our sales units. Together with your team, you are driving for smooth administrative processes, driving forward the further development of the sales organization and actively shaping important change and digitization initiatives. What you do with us:

• Team leadership: You run and develop a team of ten employees, ensure a high quality of service and promotes a self-sponsored and powerful cooperation
• Sales Administration: You are responsible for central administrative processes relating to contracting, remuneration, organizational structures and precautionary solutions for our sales units
• Regulatorik Governance: You ensure compliance with legal, supervisory and internal requirements and act as a central contact person for testing and relevant detection processes
• Process and system management: You are responsible for sales-relevant master data, systems and documentation and drive forward the continuous optimization, automation and digitization of processes
• Projects Transformation: You conduct cross-disciplinary projects, accompany organisational changes and actively shape the further development of the sales organization
• Interface Management: You work closely with sales, personnel, compliance, controlling, recruiting, and IT, and you'll start well-founded analyses as well as decision templates for management
