Senior Expert Talent Management (m/f/d)

Further development of our global leadership development portfolio – through coaching, mentoring and innovative learning formats – with the aim of strengthening leadership skills worldwide and adapting them to the requirements of agile, digital and culturally diverse working environments. Responsibility for the design and control of international talent and succession processes for key positions – including targeted support for high potentials on their way to global key positions. Drive forward the further development of AI-based tools and technologies in our global HR landscape to make processes such as talent identification, skills development and performance management more efficient, scalable and forward-looking. Support for the annual global employee survey and derivation and implementation of targeted measures across national borders. Development of creative, internationally applicable formats for the sustainable anchoring of leadership principles and core competencies – integrated into global development programs, feedback formats and HR processes. Active participation in international transformation projects and consulting regional HR teams in implementing the global People Roadmap – with the aim of effectively transferring global strategies to local contexts. Translating global concepts and programs into feasible, locally relevant initiatives with measurable impact at operational level

Close cooperation with executives and operational teams to identify talent and leadership needs

Development and implementation of pragmatic, effective solutions for talent and leadership development in line with business requirements

Complete university studies in human resources, (economic) psychology, business management or a comparable subject area. At least six years of relevant professional experience in talent management, management development or change management – preferably in a global, dynamic environment. Expertise in the design and implementation of globally scalable talent and succession processes as well as experience with modern HR systems (e.g. SuccessFactors, Learning Management Systems). Holistic, forward-looking thinking and the ability to quickly capture complex relationships and implement them in practical, culturally adaptable solutions for different regions. Extensive analytical and conceptual skills, experience in the moderation of international groups and workshops and a high level of implementation. Clear, sensitive communication at eye level – with the ability to connect and inspire people across cultural, linguistic and regional boundaries. Business knowledge of German and English in word and writing.
