As a Supply Chain Excellence Manager / Expert (m/w/d), you will design the End-to-End Procure‐to-Pay (P2P) Journey from the demand release via the order and logistics to the audit and payment. For efficient, scalable and compliance-compliant processes, you will sustainably strengthen the supply chain performance. You take responsibility for the design, documentation and continuous development of the entire P2P-Journey and lead global blueprints for markets, countries and logistics locations You develop a comprehensive KPI framework with clear data logics, dashboards and reporting standards and then conduct effective process and quality controls and implement them. You accept requirements from purchasing, warehouse, logistics, finance etc., structure them and use process and task mining as well as your analysis skills to identify optimization potentials and then translate them into clear, testable requirements such as user stories or use cases You ensure audit-proof documentation of all relevant roles, processes and controls and recognize process risks at an early stage to define appropriate countermeasures You pilot new digital technologies/trends, such as innovative AI-Use-Cases, along the entire supply chain journey, to make targeted use of future trends and create real business value You proactively derive business value from process improvements and initiate and tax automation and digitization projects, for example through workflow automation, RPA or AI-based processing, as well as other innovative technologies that may be relevant in the future

You have a degree in economic engineering, economics, supply chain management or a comparable area You bring at least five years of relevant professional experience in supply chain management, P2P process management, logistics or an excellence or transformation role with You have already gained experience in the international context and in cross-functional cooperation You have pronounced methodological competence (e.g. with Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen and in structured problem solution approaches (e.g. 5‐Why, Ishikawa)) and also brings expertise, e.g. process modeling (BPMN 2.0), and systemic competence in ERP, E-Procurement‐, WMS‐ or logistics systems (e.g. SAP, Coupa) You have very good knowledge of German and English and can communicate complex facts clearly, understandably and according to target groups (until management)
