Your tasks: As a pre-worker (m/w/d), you actively work in a small shift team and coordinate the daily work in the shift group in coordination with the team leader. These include the distribution and implementation of work tasks, quality, order & cleanliness and smaller organizational tasks You are operational for all work tasks in the field and can take over them at any time Specific work tasks include: executions of assembly orders according to customer retrieval plan with fitting, cutting and packaging Process of tube bundles between bearing and assembly area Loading and unloading of trucks with front forklift Conducting smaller maintenance activities (after specified) to maintain the plant condition Keeping up and controlling order, cleanliness and safety in the working environment Conducting stock counts and inventory

Specialized training, e.g. as a specialist warehouse or as a machine and plant guide, would be desirable High performance and quality-oriented commitment First experiences as a foreman or the like are a plus Routined handling of PC Valid forklift, for routine and professional handling of front forklift trucks in addition to smaller devices Ready to work in the 3-shift model Good knowledge of German in word and writing Physical fitness
