You take over the collection, application and initial and subsequent processing of property damage and take care of the organizational processing. You are responsible for the regression and processing. You apply and control our dealers and partners. You take over telefo­cal and personal customer support and correspondence with our internal and external customers. You determine and monitor our reserves. You actively contribute to optimizing processes and thus contribute to the improvement of our damage processing.

You have completed training as a merchant for insurance and finance, ideally with further training as a specialist for insurance and finance. You have several years of professional experience in the field of property insurance. You possess both good theoretical and practical expertise in the field of property insurance, in particular in terms of conditions, clauses, laws and legal certainty. You have very good characteristics in the common office products. You are customer-oriented, service-oriented, business-conscious and responsive. You like to work in the team and contribute to a positive working climate.
