You determine, structure and prioritize requirements for IT systems in the service environment from different subprojects. You are responsible for the temporal and qualitative planning of software projects according to the priority plan. To do this, you can create and tune schedules and milestones. You evaluate and estimate risks and define appropriate minimisation measures. The results of the project are regularly agreed with the relevant bodies. You plan and coordinate internal and external resources, schedules and budgets to ensure smooth project implementation. You ensure the quality and functionality of the software solutions through suitable testing and validation processes. In addition, monitor the standards for the documentation and maintenance of project-describing documents. You introduce milestones, supervise them, perform tests and create key figures. analyse problems, initiate improvements and monitor their implementation. You regularly communicate with stakeholders to report the progress of the project and make necessary adjustments. You lay down tasks within the framework of the objective and agree to them. In addition, you will have a professional team of developers, testers and experts from the departments of the service and support the employees in improving the work processes. You define and monitor KPIs for evaluating project progress and success, including compliance with schedules, budget loyalty, quality of delivered software solutions and customer satisfaction.
