Operations Manager Facilities, Services & Partner Management (m/f/d)

Full responsibility for the service provider purchase & contract design, control of all service contracts (SLA and KPI frameworks) with external partners in the areas a) Catering & Logistics (on the train, in the lounges), b) Cleaning & Hygiene, c) Security, d) Infrastructure and plant management (adjustment, cleaning, water/waste water) monitoring, control (including inspections and audits) and reporting on the services provided by the assigned suppliers; Analysis of deficits and feedback and suggestions for improvement to suppliers Monitoring of budget, reporting, accounting, forecasting and logistics cycle management Assessment and planning of potential service provider scenarios and their impact on operation including Participation in growth and business plans Introduction of IT tools to control and monitor supplier activities and associated accounting processes

Multiannual professional experience in the purchase of operational services, facility management or partner management of a transport company (rail, airline, cruise) or a large hotel chain hard, but fair negotiating partner who looks through complex contracts and knows how to impose high-volume contracts (food & beverage, personal services) legally and cost-effectively Process and logistics understanding in a variable environment (station, train ride) with possible fluctuations (e.g. due to delays) Knowledge of budgeting processes and regular actual reporting Bonus: Ideally, you will bring existing contacts to nationwide catering, logistics and cleaning companies
